Ajit Manjappara is Vice President and Divisional Head for our Product Engineering Services (PES). He is based out of Atlanta and provides strategy and direction to our sales and market development efforts globally. His responsibilities include supporting a cross-functional team in acquiring and nurturing deep relationships with our clients in addition to opening up new territories and business lines for the PES Division and being a strong brand ambassador for the company.
Over the past 28 years of his career, Ajit has worked for large established organizations as well as small start-up companies. He has been involved in sales and marketing of consumer products and has deep expertise in complex technical sales interventions. He is well versed in meeting revenue objectives through direct as well as indirect channels. He has been a key member of the leadership team in multiple organizations, including co-founding and leading a technology startup in the US, transforming the internal IT function of a large multi-national bank to be a commercial provider of banking technology products in the African and Middle Eastern markets, launching one of the first e-commerce financial transaction platforms in the Middle East and developing and opening up the market for Small Office-Home Office computing in India.

Bala Nemani is the founding partner and CEO of Amzur Technologies. An entrepreneurial spirit, Nemani is an IT solutions and staffing executive with a passion for candidate suitability. His quest to rapidly hire the best technical talent for team members at Amzur and his client’s teams led to the creation of Amzur Talent. Nemani has a passion to deliver qualified, cost-effective, and scalable IT human resources for businesses with tight schedules. Prior to founding Amzur Technologies, he founded Mango Technologies as well as the Solarsa International—a renewable energy firm that provided clients with onsite solar energy systems. Nemani has over 20 years of software development. He is known to help businesses cut costs and improve process efficiencies not just in the Tampa Bay area, but also across the United States.
Director of Digital Marketing
Bengi Lynch believes that digital efforts have to be aligned across the board to move digital transformations forward. Lynch’s focus on the details affecting the bigger picture makes her stand out in her domain. Prior to joining Amzur in 2019, Lynch led digital marketing efforts in the insurance, e-commerce, and telco industries. “To succeed as an internal marketing agency, you have to surround yourself with great people with great attitudes and provide an open environment so you can thrive as a team,” Lynch says. “ I am extremely proud of my team.” Lynch is keen on utilizing emerging martech tools or techniques to create a customer-centric shopping experience. Among her top achievements is her involvement in coastal cleanup activities in the nearby beach communities. Lynch received her master’s degree in Information Systems Management from The University of Tampa and a bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Institution Management from Iowa State University.

Kasturi Rao has always embraced challenges, seeing them as opportunities to learn and grow. Rao takes pride in creating customized solutions to solve challenges that employees and teams face, drawing on industry trends and best practices to develop innovative ways to retain, attract, and hire the best talent. Rao’s track record of strategic thinking in human resources led to her being selected to lead the Centre of Excellence Division, focusing on strengthening Amzur’s holistic approach to talent strategy. Rao’s passion for helping others advance in their careers extends beyond her job to volunteer work in Vizag. Certified in Strategic HR Management & Organization Development, Rao received her master’s degree in Human Resource Management.

As an agent of change, Muralidhar Veerapaneni is committed to challenging “that’s the way we have always done it” mentality. Serving as the director of operations, Veerapaneni has a fresh approach to developing high-tech solutions to his role at Amzur. “It’s a challenging but fun job,” Veerapaneni says. “You get to share your knowledge, think broad, and handle various internal and external customer relationships.” In fact, his advice to his team is to challenge themselves constantly. Veerapaneni, who has dual master’s degrees in Marketing Management and Information Technology, says that his end goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while developing the company’s vision and strategic plan to guide Amzur into the future.

Mythili Putrevu, PMP, Scrum Master
Mythili Putrevu began her career as a Financial Analyst at Ocwen Financial Solutions after getting her bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications. Putrevu says she’s learned to appreciate her own unique approach to program management. “Be Prepared. Be humble. Be original,” she says. She adds that she always stays true to herself and stays away from external influences and has created a trademark for her own approach in the digital space. Putrevu has 13 years of experience in the Information Technology, Insurance and Banking industries. She has previously worked at iGate and Capgemini managing financial projects in APAC. Driving to place Amzur as one of the biggest NetSuite consulting firms globally, Putrevu says that she comes in prepared and ready to invest in people, technology, and the domain knowledge. A certified Scrum Master, Putrevu has a Master’s in Business Management from Indian Institute of Advanced Management and has been a certified PMP for the past two years.

Raymond Kaiser has been leading the Internet of Things (IoT) efforts. Kaiser is an advocate for improving distributed energy management systems. For the past 15 years, Kaiser has been providing energy and environmental consulting to local, state, and federal agencies, as well as major solution developers, engineering firms, and national and international architectural firms. As co-chair of SEPA Energy Services Interface Task Force and US DOE Orange Button (open solar data exchange) Design and Construction Technical Working Group, Kaiser has been serving in local events that showcase new trends and technologies in the energy field. Kaiser provides top industry knowledge in LEED, sustainability, energy efficiency and business development allowing him to bring expertise to all tasks.

Scott Jorgensen, Director of NetSuite Practices at Amzur Technology, has used NetSuite software for more than 15 years and is leading Amzur’s push into cloud-based ERP. “Having developed accounting, inventory, and order entry software for 20 years in Oracle RDBMS, I was blown away at the simplicity and depth of NetSuite, and nothing beats NetSuite’s single data source principal. We are thrilled to bring the leading cloud solution to our customers,” he says. Certified as a NetSuite Administrator, Jorgensen received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from Ohio University.

Sunil Kumar Kodi is currently serving as one of the Software Delivery Manager at Amzur Technologies. Known in the industry as a performance coach, he comes from a family of engineers in Destiny, Visakhapatnam A.P. India. He has been in the IT industry since 2009. Prior to joining Amzur Kodi worked at Deloitte for over seven years in Hyderabad, India. As a devoted Software Delivery Manager, Kodi takes proactive measures to ensure that targets are delivered. He is keen on adopting and leveraging artificial intelligence tools and solutions so that he can more effectively manage and deploy his high-technology driven projects. Kodi believes in empowering team members, boosting their performance, increasing efficiency and reducing workplace stress.
Vanaja Malem, financial controller at Amzur, leads the Finance and Accounting teams in managing budgets and forecasts and overseeing preparation for all financial reporting. With 12 years’ experience in industries related to software products and technical security services, Malem has expertise in consolidation, tax compliance, financial acquisition transitions, enterprise resource planning implementations, and more. She is a certified management accountant (CMA) with certifications in SAP(FI/CO) and Oracle Fusion Financials. Malem holds graduate degrees from Nagarjuna University and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. She advocates for fiscal responsibility and accountability among the businesses in her community.
