As the Head of Testing COE for Amzur, his role involves overseeing the quality assurance process and ensuring that the company’s products meet the highest standards of quality.
He is responsible for defining the QA strategy and approach for all the company’s products/projects and ensuring that quality is baked in from the start. Providing expertise throughout the entire product development life cycle with a strong sense of quality ownership.
He is also equally responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the QA vision is understood and implemented correctly. In his capacity as the Head of Testing COE, he relies on strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment.
He stands as an advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, and industry-recognized Best Practices, possessing excellent knowledge of Risk Management, Risk Identification, and Risk-based Based Testing. He has experience managing testing departments or testing functions, overseeing large and complex activities and processes.
He exhibits flexibility with the ability to work under pressure, proactive, strong-minded, quick thinker, and assertive. His ability to motivate teams, recognize talent, and bring out the best in each individual is noteworthy.
He is a highly skilled professional who is self-motivated and enthusiastic, possessing excellent communication, influencing skills, and negotiation skills to secure management buy-in on ideas and concepts.
