Tommy Simon is a business development strategist and regarded speaker on sales, entrepreneurship, and outsourcing. As a seasoned CEO, CRO, board member, and investor, Tommy has been pivotal in driving strategic growth across multiple organizations.

In his previous role at TEAM International, Tommy’s leadership was instrumental in the company’s significant expansion, achieving a fivefold growth from $11 million to over $50 million in six years. He held several key executive positions, including CEO of Care Analytics, President of TEAM RPA, Chief Strategy Officer, and Global Head of Strategic Accounts, steering the company through periods of substantial growth and innovation.
Tommy’s entrepreneurial endeavors include the successful founding of The Executive Advisory Group and Xcelligent, an award-winning Microsoft Managed Partner which he scaled to 150 clients in five years before a successful exit. He is a also founding investor of SeedFunders, which now has 100 partners throughout Florida.
Tommy has been recognized as a top 5 US sales executive for Cap Gemini / Sogeti for three consecutive years and generated a staggering $11 million in revenue for Team International in 2021. As a CRO, he was instrumental in turning around a well known consulting firm from a 65% loss in revenue, to a 20% gain in revenue in 18 months.
