In 2004, Khameleon was readying itself to change from a client-server technology to an N-Tier stack, as well as facing issues of increasing customers daily. There was a need to refurbish its previous technology.

Khameleon needed an overhaul of its services stack, encompassing and providing support to N-Tier architecture, developing a user-friendly interface, having an integrated portal, and flexible reporting.
