We have a Job Opportunity for Product Support Specialist US Process for Visakhapatnam Location.
Work Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST
- Receiving and answering customer inquiries and requests regarding core product information, orders, pricing and other services offered
- Providing operational support for software products/online marketplaces.
- Work with customers to determine which services and plan of action best serves the customer’s individual needs.
- Maintain work process by following policies and procedures and documenting it.
- Meets the monthly KPIs
- Maintains quality of service by following organizational standards.
- Proactively obtaining technical knowledge by attending training sessions, reviewing training modules etc.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong User Focus: Explain features, troubleshooting & follow-up skills; commitment to continuous improvement.
- Previous Analyst/Customer Service/Help Desk experience is a must have.
- Strong business process aptitude
- Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and written English skills a MUST
- Regular Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Computer savvy
