We have a Job Opportunity for Product Support Specialist US Process for Visakhapatnam Location.

Work Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and answering customer inquiries and requests regarding core product information, orders, pricing and other services offered
  • Providing operational support for software products/online marketplaces.
  • Work with customers to determine which services and plan of action best serves the customer’s individual needs.
  • Maintain work process by following policies and procedures and documenting it.
  • Meets the monthly KPIs
  • Maintains quality of service by following organizational standards.
  • Proactively obtaining technical knowledge by attending training sessions, reviewing training modules etc.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong User Focus: Explain features, troubleshooting & follow-up skills; commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Previous Analyst/Customer Service/Help Desk experience is a must have.
  • Strong business process aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and written English skills a MUST
  • Regular Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Computer savvy
