Conduct on-boarding of newly hired employees and enter new hire paperwork into the system
Coordinate benefit management and insurance enrollments and communicates with service providers
Reconcile/validate and audit HR/ Contracts related data to ensure data integrity and support routine
reporting requests using a centralized system.
Should keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in the centralized
system in a timely fashion
Must be detail and process oriented professional.
Must be able to work in US EST hours.
Help employees with their needs and understanding a sense of urgency & timing are required.
Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contracts development and negotiation
Maintain and manage contracts/HR related data physically and digitally using a centralized system.
