Service Warranty Policy
Amzur Technologies, Inc. warrants that services provided under DIR Contract DIR-CPO-6247 will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with applicable industry standards and the requirements agreed upon in the applicable Purchase Order or Statement of Work.
If a customer identifies a concern with the services provided, Amzur Technologies, Inc. will work with the customer to review and resolve the issue. Where applicable, Amzur may correct the affected service or provide suitable replacement resources.

Return Policy
Since services provided under DIR Contract DIR-CPO-6247 are professional consulting services, returns do not apply after services have been delivered. Any concerns regarding deliverables will be addressed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and the Service Warranty Policy.
